Sorry LJ, injustice is injustice and the only means of ending injustice is to take a principled stand against its continuance. I fully intend to do all within my power to see that it is changed, just as those in our union's past did all that they could to change the injustices that they witnessed during the course of their lives.

When the Supreme Court changes the Roe v. Wade ruling, let me know. Until then, it's the law of the land and your opinion on the matter is just an opinion.

THIS IS ABOUT PLANNED PARENTHOOD! yes, PP performs some abortions in addition to providing needed health services to women who may not otherwise receive care. Attacking Planned Parenthood does virtually nothing to stop abortion. Attacking PP is about CONTROLLING WOMEN AND MARGINALIZING THEM.

Exactly... Less than 3% of PP's services are dedicated to abortion services. That money does NOT come from the Federal Government...(ever hear of the Hyde Amendment?)...and attacking PP for the other 97% of of the services they perform is about nothing more than "CONTROLLING WOMEN AND MARGINALIZING THEM"...
