I didn't think you did, but I thought I would check. So tell me Kate, why would it be objectionable to ensure that PP isn't participating in misogynistic practices?

Are you really equating abortion with misogyny? I can think of few things more misogynistic than forcing a woman to carry an unwanted pregnancy to term.

No, but I got a link for Roe v. Wade, which says the Supreme Court still supports a woman's right to choose, as the law of the land.

I WANT women to have the choice. You don't like abortion? Don't have one.

Not your fetus? Not your business.

Thanks for the spin. No, I am equating destroying a human life through abortion for the sole reason it happens to be female with misogyny. That is, after all, what the probe was alleged to be interested in determining according to the OP. Whether or not PP was providing abortion services to those who were looking to terminate a pregnancy based on the sex of the child in the womb.

If you want to talk about abortion, there is another thread that you started for that expressed purpose. This one happens to be on the alleged probe of PP to find out whether they were providing abortion services to those looking to terminate their pregnancy because the human life in the womb happens to be the wrong sex.

rofllol  She already forgot about the thread she started to mock you.

And has anyone produced one shred of evidence that PP and/or women are actually asking for abortions because of the sex of their fetus? This all sounds like a fabricated outrage to me.......some have decided that women are doing this, then trying to prove how wrong it is......I have seen nothing to prove that women are doing this, much less PP is allowing/encouraging it. But hey....have at it, the law of the land protects a "woman's right to choose".....as LJ has pointed out, and you have ignored, don't like it? Don't have an abortion.

What do you think the probe was looking for archer? Evidence that it was being done. If it isn't, then the probe wouldn't find any evidence that PP was engaged in misogynistic practices. If it was, then the probe would uncover the evidence that they were. Kind of logical, isn't it?

And, as I have pointed out before, if that same logic had been applied to slavery and civil rights, no progress would have been made towards protecting the unalienable rights of all which we believe to be a self evident truth - that all are created equal and endowed with unalienable rights. The human life within the womb is well past the point of its creation, no reasoned argument exists which concludes otherwise.

I can keep talking about abortion in this thread for as long as you folks want to keep it part of the discussion. If you want to discuss the probe of PP to find out if they were allowing/encouraging the destruction of human life specifically because it was the wrong sex, and why such a probe would be objectionable, I'm more than happy to limit the discussion along those lines as well.
