For someone who gets all pissy when people lump all liberals inthe same bucket, you sure don't have a problem lumping all conservatives together. :dislike:

Don't need one, you, and many other conservatives here, have shown us the broad brush so often we all know EXACTlY what it looks like, yet you only complain if a liberal tries one out.

I have seen the reaction from the left on this issue with regards to Chik-fil-a. The only statement that the CEO made was that he supports the traditional definition of marriage.

That's it- nothing more. No mention about hating homo's - all he said was that he supports traditional marriage.

Now on the other hand- I have seen the reaction from the left- those who claim to support diversity. These are the people who say we should support everyone's opinions- that we should be tolerant of others views.

Yea I see how that works now. Those same people are ready to crucify this guy for his opinion, which has shown no hatred of any kind. Those same people are at the ready to protest his business, as if he has no right to his own opinion.

Yea- I see who the real haters are- who the REAL intolerant idiots are and it's not the guy at Chick-fil-a. It's dispicable.

Actually he did more than that....he has actively supported organizations the descriminate against gays, and/or work on legislation to ban gay marriage

Chick-fil-A has been under fire from gay rights groups since early 2011, when it was revealed that an independent operator in Pennsylvania supplied food to an event sponsored by a group formed to defeat same-sex marriage initiatives. It was also reported that Chick-fil-A's WinShape Foundation did not admit gay couples to marriage counseling.

Actually, I was looking for a generic wide brush, not one limited for use by conservatives only.

Good for him. He should support what he believes in. I still see no hate here from this guy.

On the other hand- I see plenty of hate from the pro-gay side. Diversity my ass- it only applies to to socialists- and to those who want society to accept freaky lifestyles.

And those of us who believe that marriage should be left to the traditional definition- we are the devil.

I get it.
