Enlightening to read so many conservative posts about how stupid a boycott of CFA is, how it proves nothing, and how the company doesn't deserve it....then read a post, also from a conservative, claiming they boycott several companies because they supposedly support liberals.

Who would that be? I think we conservatives should also get in the game here- stop spending our money on businesses who then take some of our money and support causes that we do not agree with.

It's time to become more aware of this- I want to know about any businesses who make a point to ban concealed or open carry guns - (1) so that we don't make the mistake of doing business with these folks (2) so we don't scare them and (3) so we don't wind up with a charge of tresspassing.

I also want people to know who object to us being able to excersize our civil rights by making it harder for us to do so with their business policies.

Raees wrote: First of all, you don't get unemployment if you are fired.

Sometimes you do - depends upon whether or not the company protests the claim and how the appeal committee rules if the claim is denied and appealed. Being fired, though it should, doesn't automatically prevent one from collecting unemployment.

Raees wrote: Second, the guy never mentioned his company. He was not at the company that employed him. Where's HIS right to express his opinion? You guys said the Chick-fil-A owner had a right to his opinion. If we can get fired for expressing our opinions away from work, we're all in trouble.

No one denied this hate-filled idiot the right to express his hateful opinion Raees - there are simply sometimes consequences associated with doing so. The owner of Chick-Fil-A obviously hasn't been able to express his opinion without consequence either. The idiot spewing his hate to an employee of the chain is proof positive of that, along with the calls for a boycott from folks who obviously only believe in diversity and inclusion when someone expresses an opinion they happen to agree with. The owner of the company the hate-filled idiot in the video works for also has the right to decide if they want someone with such an obvious lack of self control and decision making working for them. Obviously they don't, which is why the hate-filled idiot lost his job as a result of his poor decision.

Raees wrote: That said, I thought the guy was an idiot for recording and posting the video. I thought the drive-in clerk handled herself really well and I bet she gets some better job offers as a result.

The guy's an idiot for far more reasons than recording and posting the video, but I happen to agree with you about the young woman who dealt with him.

BearMtnHIB wrote: LJ you are welcome to complain about open carry to any business you want. If they take action- I'll come along and see the posted No Carry sign- and I'll report it on the RMGO website, and you can bet they will start to get calls from gun owners.

Incidentally, I did a search within 10 miles of 80439 (Evergreen) and 80433 (Conifer) and only one business appears on their list- Bandimere Speedway.

So let me know OK LJ? let me know if you are aware of any other businesses.

I am aware of other businesses... You don't think I'd tell you which ones they are, do you?

Like Mitt says, "I like to fire people."

LGBT sympathetic people are choosing to fire the Chick.

Yes, we wouldn't want to interfere with the little boys who need to wear their manhood on the "outside for all the world to see", and spray their territory...

Raees wrote: 5 REASONS WHY THE CHURCH FAILED YESTERDAY

Amid all of that CFA-appreciating success, the Church (at least, the part that exists here in America) failed miserably. Every member of the Church isn’t to blame, of course. Many individual churches and denominations played no role whatsoever in promoting yesterday’s Great Chicken Awakening. Some Christians, churches, and denominations even tried to throw a social media wrench into the festivities. Some of those attempts went viral and garnered a great deal of attention. But still, chicken-loving Christians everywhere rallied behind CFA yesterday. The crowds were so big that you might have thought that Chick-Fil-A was giving away free iPads or Cabbage Patch Dolls or freshly fallen manna from Heaven. And while lots of Christians chose not to participate for various reasons, many did and the Church as a whole suffered.

Now suddenly this is about Christians and churches? This is about free speech and I, not being religious, did my part to support CFA today. I didn't get to see any of the kiss-in folks though... maybe next time.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
