Dorner admired Piers Morgan.

Piers said nasty things about NRA Wayne. http://www.examiner.com/article/piers-m ... ded-menace

Norner said this about NRA Wayne: "May all of your [LaPierre] immediate and distant family die horrific deaths in front of you."

Don't you think that is enough to suspect that Dorner was influenced by Morgan?

I don't either. That raises the question. What were the compelling facts that caused media outlets and some democratic politicians to link other crazies to republicans or the Tea Party?

Looks like Law Enforcement is still searching the colad and snowy mountains of southern California. Think Pier's biggest, er, only fan, is watching the coverage from some bar in Mexico?

Because it fits into the narrative the media wants to paint. The person or group that disagrees with this administration the most, is the mosty likely to be put in a bad light by whatever means possible.

They had to immediately check and see if James Holmes was a Tea Party member. How disapointed they must have been to find out it was a different James Holmes.

Nope, just incompetent talking heads throwing crap against a wall to see what sticks. Like the Sandy Hook shooter. How many identities, back stories did the press go through before they finally got it right? I won't dignify them with the title of "journalist" as few of them follow any journalistic standards. Mi call it the Murdoch effect. Chase the ratings.

He is now getting support and admirers from the left.

America's history is sepia-soaked with outlaws who have engendered popular support. In keeping with this difficult-to-deconstruct phenomenon, a number of social media corners are cheering on suspected murderer Christopher Dorner while authorities are still trying to track him down.

Are there any incompetent talking heads that are associating Dormer with the left in the chase of ratings?

All I hear is a clear consensus of crazy. Truly, this entire thing is a media phenomenon. Why does this guy warrant the kind of coverage he is getting all across the country? So Verizon can sell iPhones, that's why. He is not significant, look through history. The only new thing here is to fill all those hours of sellable ads. If we all ignored him and complained to the media about this type of sensationalistic coverage, it would go away. Turn the channel already.

So you're saying that a fugitive highly trained cop who has already murdered 3 and promises to murder more isn't a story worth covering?

For the local area? Sure. For everyone else? Why do you need to know other than titillation?

Maybe because he has the ability to move and having his face all over the news will make that harder and more likely he'll get caught.
