So you continue to lie about serving in the military. CAP is not the military. It is a civilian organization that teaches various topics to the young adults from the age of 13 and older. They do a lot of training and a lot of good things here in the US. If they do search and rescue or assist in things like what they did for the floods they are directed by the Air Force that give them mission funds. The individuals do not get paid. It is a volunteer organization.
