President Vladimir Putin has signed documents paving the way for the formal acceptance by Moscow of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), as well as Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions. The treaties await ratification by the Russian parliament.

According to the Kremlin, Friday’s decision followed a democratic vote, in which people living in the former regions of Ukraine exercised their right to self-determination and requested to be protected from Kiev.

amzan Kadyrov, the leader of the southern Chechnya region who describes himself as a footsoldier of Putin, said he felt he had to speak out after the loss of the territory.

"In my personal opinion, more drastic measures should be taken, right up to the declaration of martial law in the border areas and the use of low-yield nuclear weapons," Kadyrov wrote on Telegram.

Other top Putin allies, including former president Dmitry Medvedev, have suggested Russia may need to resort to nuclear weapons, but Kadyrov's call was the most urgent and explicit.

President Biden's support for the proxy war has given Ukraine the ability to retake one of the provinces that just voted to be annexed by Russia this week.
Makes Putin love face, if he attacks Ukraine with tactical nukes, will Joe Biden be partially responsible?

Elon Musk has offered a proposal for an end to the fighting. Essentially, Crimea to remain part of Russia, a new vote in the 4 autonomous regions, the vote under supervision of the U.N.
Do you think that the MSM will report this in their newscasts?

Some Ukrainian supporters don't like Musk's peace proposal, they have the momentum right now and think they can retake back all the occupied territory held since the Obama administration.
