Tilt we did not edit anything we merged two similar posts for reading purposes and added Referendum 5A in the title so people know where to find the other thread. This is a common practice on many forums. The two co owners/founders (me being one of them) are the only ones that make decisions on editing posts and we did not edit anything here. Your speculation on member nics, editing, moderators is wrong. Get a grip. The PC card is not going to work,.

anyway. (1) Mr, Culichia--If you take a loan and default will the financial
losses be "tributary" to the taxpayers (2)How did REF5A get on a Park
county ballot if as you say-you don't represent this county or our water board.
(3)Why should the taxpayers support/cosign/guarantee your loans.
I also suggested(sarcastic humor) that he may try PK BOCC+Water Board
for loans--as Mr. Wissel the head trustee said -too much money in bank need to spend it(on tape). Or the BOCC-as they say(laughing)not to build
the 4mil telecommunications site for now--tap into it before the people
of PK county demand they finally fix the failed infrastructure.
