no reason to be so harsh, I prefer to think they are just misinformed. And I should have made it clear that I was referring to the conservativer gang here......not all conservatives...because it isn't true of ALL conservatives.

Ah anyway....I'm suppsed to apologize to OmniScience for my harsh language earlier in the thread. It may have crossed the line slightly- I was pissed off because of the Bulls only winning by 5 and some of that frustration may have spilled over into my posting, so

Right..The Tea Baggers....Somehow, and in no time they got them to despise Teachers of all people. With all the crime on Wall Street, the 36 countries we occupy, the wars we have no business being in, a trillion dollar defense budget when we have no real enemies, companies like GE making billions and not paying any taxes...... and teachers are the problem!? Unbelievable-It's like attacking nurses or nuns.

Feds Bust Drug, Human Trafficking Ring In S. Colorado
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A year long investigation by federal, state and local authorities has resulted in the breakup of a major drug ring funneling high-quality methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin into Colorado, authorities said.
U.S. Attorney John Walsh said the drug ring was also involved in human trafficking.
“This was truly an interstate conspiracy,” Walsh said. “The narcotics that we’re talking about we brought up from California through Las Vegas and Arizona and into southern Colorado.”
He said the drugs were destined for use in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas.
Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent In Charge Dave Marwell said the human smuggling component of the ring moved people from the border into several parts of the U.S.
“Twelve illegals were arrested,” Marwell said.
“This was a sophisticated organization,” Walsh said. “They used sophisticated traps and hidden compartments, including an axle and a drive shaft to transport drugs.”
He said agents recovered several items during their investigation, including:
•38 lbs of high grade methamphetamine
•13 kilograms of cocaine
•A small amount of heroin
•$610,000 in cash
•4 vehicles
•1 handgun

Considering congress passes a budget, and does all the spending, lets revisit that chart. During Reagan's "deficit", dems had full control of congress much of the time. During Clinton's "surplus" republicans had full control of congress.
Got a great idea to meet in the middle. Since Republican presidents tend to allow overspending, and democrat congress overspends, why don't we just agree to this. Lets keep a democrat in the white house, and have the republicans control both houses of congress from here on out. Historically, our economic success is best with this setup.
Everyone ok with that??
Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!
