Off topic: Just got back from Vancouver Island with the wifey last week, it was epic. Could go on for days about how great it was. However, Vancouver city is a cespool. Course, I'm not much for cities for a lot of different reasons, but I could deffinitely see first hand how it probably wasn't a happenin' plan giving all the junkies fresh and free needles, they just use more!! Criminetilies... Loved how rural North Vancouver Island was, and the low elevation and relative humidity (TONS OF RAIN! YAY TIMMY!) Thinkin' about blowin' this popcicle stand and headin' North eh?

Agreed. But really no different than the NRA refusing to at least postpone their national convention in Denver following the shootings at Columbine High School. Both are equally reprehensible, in my opinion, but not prohibited by any laws or moral compass to "do the right thing" in any way shape or form.
If you can't get your point across without using one event like this then your cause means nothing. People die of all kinds of things and yes this was big but you can't rearrange your whole belief system because of one big event like this. Look at the whole picture.
Jesse Jackson is a media hound and I have another idea on his motives but if I say what I think I will be accused of being racist. He only cares about himself. And the NRA should be ashamed as well.

Should the Dem's have moved their convention somewhere else after North Carolina voted to outlaw homosexual marriage? Very hard to move an event that people from all over the nation are attending.
Also probably have to pay huge cancellation fees.

He just could not stand being in the background and there was not enough African Americans for him to get attention so he shows up to make sure he got seen. End of story. This is all about him.
