ACA (Obamacare) updates for 2014

Fred....HELLO.....you have been paying for the slackers all along, always have been. Because we actually don't let people die in this country if they can't pay for medical care. You will be paying far less if all your tax dollars have to cover is their health insurance instead of their cancer treatment, transplant, or whatever. Your only option to be rid of the burden of paying for them and their children, is to turn them away when they needed medical care.

Conservatives....fighting for the rights of the unborn, fighting to take away those rights when they become the unwanted. And yes, I do believe medical care is a right in any civilized society.

Of course she's right. Big government entitlement programs are efficient, effective long-term means of taking care of citizens. They've worked perfectly in Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Ireland, etc........ Sheesh, Fred, wake up!

If there were 47 to 50 million nonelderly uninsured, how does ACA claim success with its paltry number now insured?

Lock this thread. 7.1 Million people have signed up before April, end of discussion. ACA is the law of the land. No more debate permitted.

One thing that I will guarantee is that there WILL be more "updates" to the law and of course more delays depending on how they can help Obama and the Dems who created the mess. Just wait until businesses finally have to comply, it will get ugly because by that time, the rates will be much higher due to the out of balance risk pools.
