Thoughts to ponder

So the video above Fauci talks of Houston and the lies of the media. Then we have all the asymptomatic people out there. Testing hasn't been very reliable yet. Add in the five states that put elderly patients back into nursing homes causing incredibly high death rates (thank the Dem Governors and Mayors for that) and you believe the Dems look strong in the elections? We will see how Biden does after he and his son are charged and tried. But we should destroy the economy for a death rate that doesn't even enter the top ten causes. Oh wait, what about murder hornets? Then the rioting after peaceful protests, but no worries ANTIFA isn't a real organization so how can they be terrorists? I think the next couple months will shed a lot of light on what has been behind most of this. But lets look forward to creepy uncle Joe's continued decline into whatever he has. Keep marching to the Pelosi drum.

Sorry for posting clearly wrong information on an earlier post. But there is information and dis-information. Sometimes posting is a way to draw a reaction. It did from SC. Please watch this and comment. I couldn't post something so far from reality without giving it away.

Pony Soldier posted about this shortly after Biden made this comment, with almost no reaction, why?

Do you mean comments from the MSM or comments from readers of this blog? The first is self-explanatory.
With regard to comments from readers, I certainly watched it and it reinforced my views of Biden's mental deterioration. Rather than post a comment echoing Pony Soldier, I wish there was a mechanism on the site to indicate approval/agreement or disapproval/disagreement.
A thumbs up or a thumbs down would be great.

I made no comment because all politicians make stupid comments from time to time. Obama said there were more than 51 states, I could post hours of Trump saying dumb sh**, GWB was the king of moronic statements. Who cares? If you're going to beat the "Biden is mentally deficient" drum, you'd best be prepared for the response because Trump is far worse. The man can't even hold a water glass or walk right. He thinks windmills cause cancer, he mocks disabled reporters, and claims people have to flush toilets over and over and over again. :eyeroll:

We used to have a thumbs up/thumbs down ability for posts (it was called karma on this system) and had to disable it because people were assholes and went back to give bad karma to posts from years back on other members that they simply didn't like, not because of the quality of content of any one individual post that they'd made. It was abused so badly it caused members to leave the site and never come back, so no, we'll never implement that ability again because some people just can't act like adults. You can simply say "thank you" on a member's post if you appreciate what they shared.

Thank you. For the second paragraph.

As to the first paragraph, have you watched Biden's new conference 6/30/2020? It is readily available.
After watching please tell me if these were "stupid comments" or a sign of his mental deterioration?

No I have not and likely won't. I don't have any spare free time right this moment to be watching political speeches or rallies. Like I said above, if you want to call out Biden's obvious lack of sharpness, then you should be objectively comparing it to how Trump behaves and speaks, and then try to make the case for who's worse.

Your comment brings to mind Douglas Adams. In the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe there is a character, Zaphod Beeblebrox, perhaps, who puts on black glasses so that he can't see what he doesn't want to see.
I have been objective and can find no demonstration of Trump's "Stupid Comments" that come anywhere near Biden's cognitive decline.
Evidently you would prefer Biden, with, in your words, "his obvious lack of sharpness" to be President rather than someone whose behavior you disapprove.
By the way what do you think about the 400+ flights that Hunter Biden took with secret service protection at the behest of his father, Joe Biden? Or did you have your black glasses on when this was reported?

Good point about verbal miscues. If we were videotaped 24/7, we would all have a huge collection of them. People are going to look stupid, even clumsy. President Ford had a few stumbles but the media obsessed about it and made the man look clumsy. Sad that a few feet of film can matter more than years of service.
