Part of the price increases are due simply to increased consumption. Americans are coming out of hibernation and want to spend and manufacturing hasn't caught up, but many price increases are here because the Fed and Biden administration are pumping too much money into the economy.

EXCUSE ME......the pandemic created a mfg.mess and THAT deficit/mess has yet to be cleared....prices
R escalating because of supply/demand and multiple economic factors....(like a ship stuck in a canal,like
a cyber attack on a oil company)....it WILL get worse before it gets better....

So we are hearing about all the back rent piling up, how soon before homeowners start missing mortgage payments? Or are they refinancing to lower rates and taking out equity? Or are mortgage companies letting them get behind during the pandemic and will repossess houses later?
