I THINK it presents a set of statements that R counter to rhetoric about WHY a gun is the answer. I think
it does that in a clear and concise method. I think it is a start point for "gun advocates" to address the issues
of CONSTITUTIONAL rights.....the fall back is ARMED MILITIA....that concept is what needs clarification and
an HONEST conversation.....but MOST importantly...the idea that the collective can OUTGUN the gov. is
beyond the pale....(and that point was brought forward in the article.)

The ex-boyfriend came over to the 29-year-old woman's home around 12:15 p.m. that Saturday to get his things. That's when the ex-boyfriend got aggressive, as he began to beat and suffocate her. Fighting back against the attack, the woman managed to break free from his grasp and retreat to a location where she had a handgun. She then shot the ex-boyfriend several times.
The ex-boyfriend died of his wounds shortly after. At the time of the incident, the woman had two small children at home with her as well. The children were in another room during the incident and were not injured during the assault. (abc13.com, Houston, Tex., 05/10/2021)
An Escambia County, Fla., resident was forced to defend herself and others when a knife-wielding man forced his way into a home on May 4, 2021.
The incident happened just after 5 p.m. when a man kicked in the front door of the home. Once inside, the man armed himself with a knife and announced out loud that he was there to harm his children's mother. The armed intruder then went room to room, hunting and threatening the residents of the home, who retreated into a bedroom at the back of the house.
The intruder then confronted a woman in the back bedroom, who shot the intruder twice out of fear for her life. One of the shots struck the assailant in the head, subduing him. When police arrived to the scene, they discovered the intruder dead from his injuries. Police did not charge the woman for defending herself from the armed man, whose onslaught was recorded by a camera outside the front door.
The 54-year-old man had an active domestic violence injunction filed against him at the time. It was reported that he had even been on the way to anger-management treatment when the incident took place. (wkrg.com, Pensacola, Fla., 05/05/2021)
"Hicks was shot multiple times inside of her apartment by Arnold who was armed with a semi-automatic rifle. Arnold continued to shoot his rifle at neighboring apartments. A resident at the apartments heard the gunshots and got a hunting rifle which he used to shoot and kill Arnold."

show me a 'BONNIE' (Bonnie and Clyde) who bares her weapon and mows down the masses.
