Would it not be better to just recognize that they will say almost anything to get you in and shop...if we were mostly muslim, it would say praise allah...should we really debate who is being pandered to?

Their religion, like most americans is Money. If both parents work and ingore the kids except evening and weekends (and xmas), your religion is money. If you are so busy working you have not talked to your mom in a month, your religion is money. If you have a fancy SUV and do not have a clear path to retirement...your religion is money. At least the religion of money has a basis in real human nature and action, unlike many others....but like many others...the religion of money is all about controling you and getting some of your wealth.

Look up xmas tree on wiki. The first one was the the tree of thor, cut down specifically to show christianity was better....actually a very unchristian thing to do. God could not show this, it took a guy with an axe.

Hope no muslims cut down a christmans tree or christianity could be doomed...it worked in the 600's. How many of you worship thor? Just luck of the draw...of the axe.

Doesn't matter to us. Holiday is a contraction of Holy Days so it is all good.
