Sorry, fans here have a long way to go before you compare them with fans back east..

Regardless of what your perceptions may be with regard to fan's voicing their opinion. Hate him or love him, until Tim is given the chance to demonstrate whether or not he is ready as a NFL quarterback, it is all idle speculation as to whether or not he would be better than Orton. Say what you want, unlike Orton, he is a gamer, has a higher QB rating and demonstrated the ability to bring a team back.

Yes, a classy, knowledgeable fan spits on a player... NOT. That equates with many low life Raider fans at best and certainly speaks of anything but knowledge of the game. Some people do distinguish their stupidity through their statements.

Ah....You could say the same thing about any 2nd, 3rd, 4th string quarterback in the league...Rock-They have these things called practices..Thats were playing time is earned. Timmy has been given the chance to demonstrate whether or not he is ready as a NFL quarterback in those and evidently the coaching staff has concluded that Tim is not...And they know a thing or two about football

"he's a gamer" lol

Everybody in the NFL is a "gamer"

I'd play him just to shut up the peanut gallery, then draft Luck when they go 1-15

Considering he took a bad Bronco team and already won one of three contests in which he was not the starter, but brought them back from a huge deficit created by Orton, I seriously doubt that you would get a 1-15 result. Then what? So many keep insisting he produce spectacular results now along the lines of an experienced Elway. How stupid is that? If you want to make comparisons and draw valid conclusions, then you need to compare him with Elway's rookie seasons. Insisting that everyone knew that Elway would be great and thus dismissing his early less-than spectacular early results is utter BS. You know it I know it and so does everyone else. There is no such thing as knowing. That is why there are so many failures because the so-called-experts can't even predict it right. Consequently it comes down to your own bias regardless of what you may wish to think or claim.

There's been 500 crap QB's that have had better rookie years than Elway and Manning..

It's a team sport Rock..There's 55 world class atheletes on the team..Tebow didn't win any games by himself

But Tebow did a better job inspiring a group of dispirited Bronco players late in the season last year than Orton did opening up the season.

Hey "guys"...Orton had a better rookie year than Elway or Manning....He won like 10 outta 12 games or something- I know because I watched everyone of them. Did'nt Vince Young play in the Pro Bowl his rookie year? Now he's shining shoes in Philly

So quit parroting stuff you see on tv and read in the paper and take it from a guy that played 6 years and coached 7, winning 2 carnation bowls.. Tebow will never be a starting qb in the NFL

Just another opinion. He has nothing to back up his statement. Never any facts. What the clown does not understand is leadership. Some people have the it factor that simply has people following. No matter how much one learns leadership, they will never achieve what someone like Tebow does naturally. You have to inspire world class athletes also. That is where he comes in along with his talent. Your points ss109 are well made. Some will simply never get it because they simply don't want to get it.
