Pick 3 of the week... Football Contest

You can take the line that is when you pick the game, but you can't go back an edit it when it moves in your favor like Viking did...And I remember Viking taking the eagles over the Bears and stating that the Bears are overated...Where's that pick now? He's cheating yet again

I your post shows a -3.5, and they won by three...you lost. We can set a standard line from here on out...but it only seems fair to go after whatever your post was.

If those of you who lost a game, but want to count it as a winner just because viking did...then I get a freebie too!!

Whose post shows -3.5? Mine? Yes because like I said, I typed the wrong one and changed it within the hour to the right spread. My correct post long before anything changed was -3. I posted over 15 different places that showed the spread was -3 when I make my pick at 8:45 AM. It was a typo and you guys have all the spreads showing it was -3. So I fixed it. We are going by the TIME we posted and what the official spread was at that point right? Not a typo that was fixed long before the spread changed or the game was played. It's not like I changed it to a spread that wasn't correct at the time. If I was betting with a bookie it was -3 at the time I picked. I wouldn't have made the pick at -3.5. That wasn't my pick. I had the KC game in there at -1.5 and then changed it to NO and changed the number to -3 bit didn't delete the .5 So I fixed it withing the hour when I saw that I didn't have the right spread down there. If you are saying that I have to take a higher spread than what it was at the time then I will drop that game and pick KC instead. There were many games at the begining where we just typed the team we picked. SO it was whatever the spread was at the time we picked it. I won't type in the spread anymore in case there is a typo and the Whiner VL won't let me correct the REAL spread within an hour which all bookies would give you. People don't just add a .5 due to a typo especially when it was picked when all the spreads show it was -3. So why would anyone give me -3.5 when it was -3? That wasnt my pick at all. I wouldn't have chose that game.

Again here it is with the time stamp WHEN I made the pick and what the Spread was WHEN I icked it. I left the .5 in from my KC pick that I changed but quickly caught the mistake and corrected it to the CORRECT SPREAD WHEN I picked. I picked at 8:45 AM. The spread wasn't -3.5 at that time. It was -3 no matter what my spelling or numbers showed. If I spell a team wrong does it not count either? And if I accidentally hit a 2 the same time as the 3 and have a -23 and don't see it and correct it for an hour, I have to keep -23 even though all the spread show -3? Just curious how this works. I never picked a NO gaem at -3.5. I wouldn't have. I will cancel that game and pick another as it is not what I picked when I picked it.

I am fine with a set spread for everyone going forward, but I picked a game on here that was -3 when I picked it no matter if I typed a wrong number for 45 minutes before correcting it. Am I not right?

My post was at 8:45 AM. The spread never changed from -3 to -3.5 until 4:16 PM that afternoon. Ceasars didn't change till 2:59 PM. Clearly I called that game when the spread was -3. I DON'T CHEAT! I don't need to, to beat a guy who went 0-2 already this week.

When you find yourself in a hole, quit digging man, you're busted, typo or not you edited your picks well after the fact...So quit drawing attention to it and lets move on

Don't do this again-or your out...They always tell you at the track to check your tickets before leaving the window- You need to check your picks before hitting the submit button

Of course you would. You can't win without adding loses onto others that they didnt' pick. You really are pathetic aren't you? So no matter what you can't win without an asterix if they do this. You are the one who said the time stamp is when the spread counts. Look at the time the people posted, no matter what they typed as the spread and use the chart of the Vegas Spreads below and see what the spread ACTUALLY was when they picked, not what they typed.

So let me ask you this. Had I typed -2.5 instead as a typo you would give me the win even though it was -3 when I picked it? I am going to start typing in lower spreads in so you have to use them right? You guys all know this isn't right. Had I typod a -2.5 you would have made me change it to the CORRECT Spread at the time and given me a tie. You would not have let me keep it so you can't have it both ways. You have to let me correct it within the hour like I did and make me take the -3 just like you would have had I been at -2.5 right?

Dust thow protest too much me thinks...Lets just move on and put this embarassing episode behind us..please?
