It never moved in my favor you moron!! It started at -3 when I picked it and went up! And it was within an hour that I changed it when I saw I left the .5 in there from the KC game I was going to pick.

Exactly, It is a push for me. Had I typed the wrong spread at -3.5 and picked Dallas, or had I put the wrong spread of -2.5 and picked NO, you would have been screaming that it was -3. So we play this fair. We use the times the picks were made compared to where the official Vegas spread was which I posted. It never went better, It started at -3 when I picked itand got worse. There was no -3.5 when I picked at 8:45 AM.

You just know that you are suppose to be the pro and are in 3rd place and under .500 and being embarassed.

Final warning

You will never give me a warning. You are nobody. And as you said, I know esactly what the pick was. You can all see it was -3 and I picked it. It doesn't matter if I typed -50. You all see what the spread was when I picked. Case closed. It's really not that difficult unless you are trying to appease a total Whiner like VL. It wasn't even up for 45 minutes at the -3.5 as the wrong spread. I didn't realize we could just make up numbers. So I never heard an answer. If I had accidentally typed -2.5 when the spread was -3 at the time would you all have given me a win when that wasn't even the spread? It is logic and common sense and I trust Renegade too. I like the new rule for the next week.

So we are all agreed that we go by where the spread was at the time the pick was made no matter if someone typed -1 or -50. We can't just pick our own spread.........

I am done with this thread for today. I know you guys wouldn't make me go to the shelter I want to donate the $200 to and tell them they don't get the money because I put a .5 in a post for about 45 minutes even though I picked the game as a tie.

We are all having fun doing this, but if one game is going to cause a ruckus, should we just throw that game out? Anyone who picked the NO Dallas game has to pick a replacement...It isn't worth people complaining at the end over one game.....

That would be my suggestion, but since 285 bound is running the contest...they would be the ultimate decision maker.

I personally don't care....whoever wins is going to give to a good cause, so it is no biggie to me regardless....I'm just having fun.

If you need to. But I don't know what the big deal is. I thought the discussion was closed. We go by the spread when the pick was made right? Next week, the rules are changed. Here it is again open spread at -3 when I picked. I am not sure why VL's whining wins again, but we all know he can't win without cheating. No one has anything to lose except me 1/2 game. And 3 people get a loss taken off their record. Do you and I get one taken off too since neither one of us lost that game? Just curious why we are throwing it out?

And I don't understand what the ruckus is. One person picked the game when the spread was -3, one when it was -3.5, one when it was -4 and one when it was -5 or -5.5. One got a push and the other 3 didn't cover. We can't keep listening to VL's whining. As I said before had I put -2.5 instead of -3.5 when the spread was -3, VL would be screaming to make me change it to -3 and take a tie instead of a win. I can't just make up the spread. It was -3 when I picked. There really is no ruckus other than VL throwing a tantrum again because he can't pick any games right.
