But not-to-worry... FauxNews will always give you the "fair and [un]balanced] truth:

Fox News two contradictory reports, just minutes apart:

Just hang on long enough, and they'll get it right... rofllol

I agree that those are all VERY good things and much needed - especially the pre-existing conditions and being kicked off for getting sick. I wish the bill would have stopped right there. The mandate sucks.

Can the administration keep saying this is not a tax?

So what... CNN had a breaking headline that the mandate was struck down, at the same time having an article under it saying it was a tax. This was breaking news, a complex decision and the media was trying to digest it in record time.

Another nothing outrage.

It's the ONLY way to make it work. Without the mandate, there's not enough healthy people in the system to pay for the GOOD things we like.

CNN and Channel 9 got it wrong and corrected in a matter of minutes as well. I think the confusion was over the commerce clause vs. the tax aspect of the decision.

And the CNN headline still reads (at this moment) "5-4 decision affirms individual mandate" which is false.

Be civil now. (I'll be taking up that topic on another thread when all this ACA stuff settles down... I have a whole file on incivility here on 285 Bound)
