True with solar energy costs declining, but now China is building the panels and still it is very high compared to fossil fuels, even at the outrageous gas prices we are seeing now under Obama. And these cheaper solar panels are not yet paying back the investment before they need to be replaced.

Maybe if and when we have similar economic conditions like back when cell phones took off, but during horrible economic times, where is all the money going to come from for this magical conversion to inefficient energy sources?
