I got yer backup right here...

The singer Meat Loaf, who last night endorsed Mitt Romney at a raucous rally in Ohio, is not registered to vote in his home state of Texas, and this week sought a mail ballot from a Los Angeles home that he sold 17 months ago, records show.

Quarter-billion-dollar stimulus grant creates just 400 jobs

Battery maker A123 Systems vowed thousands of new jobs when it received a nearly quarter-billion-dollar stimulus grant in late 2009, but federal job-tracking figures show only a few hundred positions were created before the company joined a growing list of federally backed energy businesses that ended in bankruptcy.

The latest quarterly report on file with a federal stimulus tracking database shows just seven positions created through the grant from April to June this year. Previous quarters’ job reports contained anywhere from a handful of positions created to more than 100 new jobs

Wow... And did you know that RMoney MADE $15.3 MILLION on the auto bailout he said should have gone bankrupt!?!? Bain and RMoney have a huge stake in Delco, and even though (he lied to the S.E.C., and said) he had no connection/control over Bain, he personally profited by $15.3 MILLION while telling everybody else to "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt"...

How many jobs did he "create" when he harvested Sensata and sent how many jobs oversee?...And how many others did they send to china when Bain was a "pioneer in off-shoring jobs to China?"...(or is it outsourcing...I can never remember...)

Let's put some perspective on the "Obama green energy bankrupt" meme:

But a spokesman for the Energy Department said that agency has dozens of programs that funded over 1,300 companies in the renewable energy space, and that less than 1% have gone bankrupt -- also true.
So just how many federally-funded energy companies have failed?
A total of five have gone bankrupt, according to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. All of the failed companies that the Committee identified came from just two programs that received significant dollar amounts from the Department of Energy. Those two programs funded 63 firms. The other 58 are still in business. That's a failure rate of about 8%.

That won't slow 'em down...

Hell, he's even still lying about "Jeep" moving operations to China... The bastard can't tell the truth even when he gets 4 Pinnochios and one "pants-on-fire", and the company he's lying about puts out a statement saying he's lying...

From 9News, this should be interesting:

It's a very human reaction to think we live in the most divided political times in American history. Actually, anything but. Tonight at 9 and 10, we share the eerily similar story of two of America's closest elections and a political science expert explains why the fabric of America bends but doesn't break. I'd love to hear why you think America holds together despite its political differences! -Kyle Clark

Two-thirds of jobs go to immigrants during Obama’s four years

Two-thirds of those who have found employment under President Obama are immigrants, both legal and illegal, according to an analysis that suggests immigration has soaked up a large portion of what little job growth there has been over the past three years.
