As did SC - which was the entire point of the thread, at least initially. SC was expressing her dismay to find out that her neighbors really were as petty, as bigoted, and as small as they were proving themselves to be. She thought they were better people than that too and look at the results. Rather than be embarrassed about their conduct, they instead take the opportunity to engage in more of the behavior that sparked the post initially.
If you apply what we are seeing here on a macro scale, and there is no indications as to why that shouldn't be done, that pretty well tells you what the likelihood of the Democrats being magnanimous in victory and reaching across the aisle to seek common ground in solving the problems created by the federal government. Not that it is in any way reasonable to expect that the entity responsible for creating the problems in the first place has any capability of fixing they problems that it created mind you, but the spike the football mentality of the left pretty much ensures that there will be no semblance of working together in the coming months or years. That's the same attitude which presented itself at the conclusion of the last presidential election. The problem for the Democrats is that they don't have a 60 seat majority in the Senate or any majority in the House this time around.

As usual you miss the point, The election is over.It is not about Feds or States, it is one Country.period.,
Nevermind, you are just a thick headed "smart" person that won't live in today.
ahhhh....more character assassination from a lefty.
It may be one country but 50% still disagree and will continue to question in spite of an election.
I am in good thick headed company thank you. I still respect 50% of the country. Not to bad.
