My opinion is that it's a silly idea for any state to seceed but I think Alaska would be one of the few states where it could work if the poop hit the fan. There's always been a disconnect from the lower 48 anyway and so many think the rest of the country is nuts (including me). I just left there probably forever other than visits because I wanted a sunnier climate and more than 100 miles of road to drive.
