What can we do about all these Hit and Runs?

I think it's time to hold the media responsible for their part in this. It should be illegal to report the name of the culprit. They should be fined for reporting false and unsubstantiated information. The mother wasn't a teacher, they named the brother instead of him, he used a rifle, not handguns. They reported lie after lie and will suffer no consequences. Even now, they are whipping the next crazy into a frenzy.
