HIGHLY unusual according to legal analysts..700 PM Denver time. The PARENTS WISHES...4 1/2 minutes of silent remembrance (refrain protesting)...WHY 4 1/2 minutes? Because the child's body was on the pavement UNCOVERED for 4 1/2 HOURS.

I disagree. When the term "lethal force" is used, to me that is, at a minimum, a provocation with the intent to use deadly force should it occur. To me, that constitutes a threat.
