A statement of defending themselves and posting the law allowing them to do so doesn't constitute a threat.

I was watching a feed from the Missouri Gov. and police chief and got the impression the decision will be announced "in the next few hours."

HIGHLY unusual according to legal analysts..700 PM Denver time. The PARENTS WISHES...4 1/2 minutes of silent remembrance (refrain protesting)...WHY 4 1/2 minutes? Because the child's body was on the pavement UNCOVERED for 4 1/2 HOURS.

I disagree. When the term "lethal force" is used, to me that is, at a minimum, a provocation with the intent to use deadly force should it occur. To me, that constitutes a threat.
