You will have to ask Park County's health department for that answer.

Rather than make additional post, I offer the following from powerlineblog.com 3/25/20.
Scott Johnson is reporting on an article that Kevin Roche cannot get published in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, (he is a Minnesota resident),

The best evidence of the threat the virus poses is found by the unintended experiment of the Diamond Princess cruise ship. There were over 3700 passengers and crew on the vessel. Everyone of them undoubtedly had constant, heavy exposure to the virus in close quarters. Using gold standard testing, less than 20% of the 3711 people were positive, meaning they were actually infected. And out of those positive tests, a little over half were actually symptomatic. 8 people died, or about 2% of those with symptoms or .2% of percent of the vessel population. The cruise ship population skewed older than a general population and was therefore more susceptible and obviously had far more contact with the virus than the general population will.

We have 3 cases in Montrose,at least one if not more in Grd. Jct.....because Telluride is the
major destination, last stop out of town is City Market South......always well stocked with large
variety......would not surprise me if our numbers ballooned,as travelers from across the world and the whole of the US fly in during ski season (many direct flights now out/in to Montrose because
of Telluride....we are on lock down at 6pm thurs. (BUT,the liquor stores are OPEN)......GUESS they learned from Denver.....

I went deeper on that story, and it said they were able to find residual Coronavirus RNA but it wasn't dangerous for others to be in contact with. Like how you can find snakeskins but without the dangerous Cobra inside.

From yesterday's update:
“We remain deeply concerned about New York City and the New York metro area,” Dr. Deborah Birx, the task force’s response coordinator, said. Birx noted that roughly 56% of all U.S. cases and 31% of all death are in the city.

30,000 people have tested positive for coronavirus in New York and 17,856 in New York City. 285 have died from the virus.
