President Trump asked Americans to please get the vaccine and said it was safe and effective today in an interview with Maria Baritomo.

I still don’t think I need it since I’ve already had Covid but I went ahead and scheduled a dose. I’m going to need it for work from what I’m hearing through the grapevine.

Europe's version of the FDA has declared that the Astra Zeneca vaccine is safe and telling concerned citizens to not worry about blood clots. They appear to not be related. Hopefully this will increase the speed of vaccinations in the Old World. Everyone vaccinated helps to stop the spread of this horrible virus. And today they think the vaccine helps people who never fully recovered from Covid-19 in the first place.

Thousands flee Paris as France goes back under lockdown. Do you think that will happen again in individual US states? I hope not, I do think America is doing a much better job vaccinating their citizens compared to Europe who seem handcuffed by excessive caution from their version of the FDA.
Hopefully they can ratchet up their programs and deliveries.

China has stopped use of the Pfizer vaccine because one lot came in and were not capped properly. I am sure other countries don't mind China's temporary ban. Plenty of demand elsewhere. Saw one report where they say many 3rd world nations might not be fully vaccinated before 2023! I hope that is wrong. I do wonder if we will see an updated Covid-19 vaccine in 2022 to cover the variants.

133 million Americans and my wife and I have received the Covid-19 vaccine. Can we agree that it is safe now? Didn't feel as bad as a tetanus shot.
