Trust me. If a backalley abortion had killed a woman, Rolling Stone would have printed an article about it. Or The Atlantic.

Yes, even Alito and Thomas.

So don't believe the Democrat doomsayers who tell you abortion and birth control will be banned at the federal level if President Trump wins again. He actually supports a 20 week abortion rule.
And there is no way the Republicans will get a 2/3 majority in the House and Senate to ban abortion.

It's not the victory for abortion rights that you think it is, Fred.

The ruling was a significant setback for the anti-abortion movement in what was the first major Supreme Court case on reproductive rights since the conservative majority overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022. By ruling that the anti-abortion doctors don’t have standing to sue, the court left expanded access to the drug in place.

Though the decision was a win for abortion rights groups, it was not a total victory: Other groups are likely to sue over the same provisions. Three conservative states that intervened in the original lawsuit may attempt to revive it.

Ultra conservatives are still coming for contraception.

Might be a great opportunity for the Democrats to take Louisiana back. They are not a Deep Red state and often elect Democrat governors.

The above post is what I have been saying thru out this debate.....UNNECESSARY,UTTERLY UGLY truth of the ruling. FEMALES r at risk and their babies r the brunt of a brutal reality....a cruel entry/exit of a small life.

The same mentality that says abort all Downs babies. Or if they will likely wind up in foster care, kill them now because foster care can be tough.

The same mentality where there are more African-American abortions than live births.

Yet it is called "Healthcare".
