After being voted "Best Local Website" by readers of Mountain Connection before I left Pinecam, getting a "Best Of" from Westword before I left, receiving a letter of commendation from the governor before I left and other letters of support from local elected leaders and many letters and emails of support from the community for Pinecam's accomplishments and invited to join local business groups, you'll excuse me if I don't take your personal assessment of me seriously. Have I ever been arrested by the local sheriff or had my neighbors file restraining orders against me for my behavior towards them? Have I ever been told by a judge that he thought I wasn't telling the truth after I testified in court? Nope. People should get their own house in order before criticizing others or telling others how they should act and post online. JMHO
I will agree with your assessment of 285Bound being a good website. I hope they'll be able get some community awards and recognition as well as they continue to grow. I'm honored that I was asked to be a part of it. There's enough bandwidth for both sites.

I know who you are. Chickens#@t is way too nice. When you place people's employment in jeopardy over a community site, you become the lowest uncommon denominator. I've had my own problems with Wayne over the years, but that's bound to happen when you have people speaking their minds. I've even seen him at his work a time or two and just said hello. There is NEVER any reason to go after someone's job.
ps - Pinecam administrators - make a note of that!
uh towermonkey you don't know who i am. i am one of about 500 hispanics who think that wayne is less than professional. but hey i don't mind that he decides to blame one person for his bad acts. it just gives so much more for others to work with. i am not going to say any more on the subject. wayne when a whole bunch of people go yelling about you it isn't me and i am not the one you targeted in your post. thanks.
jmc rather than get any further involved i have asked the parties to come to your site and talk to you directly. better that they speak, write directly to you than for me to listen to a tirade about a someone who thinks he is a paragon of virtue. i am glad he has been of help to you at your website.

Thanks for all your help and I look forward to any and all feedback. Pm or on the site is all appreciated. We just want to be the best we can.

My friends say stuff like that all the time. But it's meant in a positive way!
Just to be clear. Nymsys didn't call me either of those things. He called Doobie a jerkoff (case of mistaken identity, it turns out) and L.H. called me an asshole. Again, I think it was meant as a term of endearment.
But thanks for the welcome Nymsys.
Umm, gee, let me guess - you were never an english major - saying you're being an asshole and calling you an asshole are two distinctly different things. But nice try on trying to twist things to make yourself look better. It's basic grammatical structure. Or did you wish to be called an asshole?
As for the "I wasn't talking to you" let's see - you said PMs invite was extended to SG only, and then that you only came over her to talk to JMC because he invited you. so much for saying it only once. So much for sounding like you got past junior high.
It appears you are wrong on a great number of things.
