Merry Christmas to you too Nmysys. (but I still think it's creepy talking to yourself).

For the record, coirishlady is not Nemysis. This speculation is not helpful to any dialogue.

CKM8:

For the last time, what Universe are you in? No one except you even mentioned the Methodists, yet you act like you are hurt. Grow up. I didn't see anywhere where Coirishlady or Travelingirl endorsed RT either.

Maybe you are jealous that some Real women like me!!! Did I hit the nail on the head with that one???

( real women as in Sarah Palin, hint, hint!!)

Nick Lambaste:

Were you here on the forum when Jerkoff VL made the original comments that have been changed or is this your observation from just 2 posts? I don't want you to miss anything!!!

Let's see Nmy- after you expounded on Unitarianism not being a legitimate religion you tossed Mrs. Clinton in there who happens to be a Methodist. So yes, you did mention Methodists. Probably in your frenzy to attack Wayne you weren't paying a lot of attention to what you were actually saying and it was admittedly not terribly coherent. As far as your harem, you are welcome to them. I have my needs fully met by my wedded spouse in that department. I don't have to search for virtual gratification. As far as Mrs. Palin being a real woman- if you think women are selfish, dishonest and self promoting then I guess you have me there.

Read it again and maybe you will be bright enough to see that I referenced Hillary being a success as a VICTIM, not a word about Methodists!!!! Bright, not hardly!!

You seem awfully upset over women who wear make-up and have their nails done ie: manicures and pedicures. I don't need a virtual harem, as everyone who knows me knows, that I am happily spending the rest of my life with my better half. You make assumptions and attacks on everything CKM8, calm down, it's Xmas time, oh I forgot, you are against anything and everything that the right is for, Religion and straight marriage, and employment ( self reliance instead of depending on the state) ( see the news today, Riots in Rome again- Socialism doesn't work!!!!!!!! News Flash!!!! Socialism is tearing these European countries apart, but the Progressives still want it!!!!)

Free, Free, Free - Give them anything that's free till they can't survive without it!!!

I need to take exception to this part of your post.....I seriously doubt that ckm8 is against those (sorry ckm8 if I am wrong), as a liberal (you knew that) most liberals are for those things AND for the right not to be religious, the right to have a marriage of their choosing, and an unemployment safety net, especially when the nation is hurting so badly. We tend to be INCLUSIVE to all, rather than EXCLUSIVE to only those who are like us.

Well, I guess you have the whole victim thing down Nym, so I'll take your word on it.

I have no problem with women at all- they can wear make up or not, have their nails done or not. I do have a problem with people who want to act like victims when they are actually part of the ruling class. Appreciate what you have and quitcher bitchin'. I'm very calm, thank you. I'm not the one spitting insults at anyone and everyone. I am not against religion, I practice one. I am in a straight marriage and am employed. I am utterly self-reliant, no debts at all- so see, you don't even begin to know what you are talking about. You've created a cartoon picture of everyone that doesn't agree with you and insist on making us your enemy. This is the thought process that allowed that soldier to rape and murder the 14yr old Iraqi girl and her family. We're all humans who love our country, our family and our God (if we worship). Sorry if that offends you, but it's the simple truth.

Knowing that you would take exception to something or everything that I post, I just wish you were clear on a few of these things. For or against?

The only question I have truly, is how long of an unemployment safety net is sufficient? Unemployment Insurance was set up for a short term fix, not to be a long term welfare. People on Social Security and Disability have to live on the fixed income, while people who were ( hate to use these words) fortunate enough to have had a job to be laid off from, get to be supported at this higher rate, for how long??

I know that no one is able to find a job nowadays that pays anything like what they were used to making, but to make it more attractive to stay on the unemployment insurance payout instead of taking a job of any kind to support yourself, is in my opinion just wrong. Instead of creating jobs, this administration is creating ( printing money ), instead of tackling the big issues of Protecting the citizens of this country from threats ( knowing what our allies have done in the last 24 hours regarding terrorist threats ) and protecting us 24/7 ( 365 days a year, Janet, not 364, and BTW that goes to 366 in leap years ) and concentrating on a foreign policy that advances the USA, not destroys it by giving away everything to our enemies, such as our Nuclear Arms as in the Start Treaty, they concentrate on all of the feel good things like repealing DADT. When are you going to complain about the real issues not being addressed? Never!!! Duh!!!
