Of course there is maneuvering by the DNC, and among campaigns, I'm not saying there isn't. But the fact remains that the number of delegates available and that each candidate is receiving for final tally to determine the nominee is based on votes by The People. Unless you're trying to say that the DNC is tampering with people's votes now?
