The full text of the charge under 40USC 5104(e)(2)(G) is:

"Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building

But distilling it down to "parading" makes it sound frivolous.

I do not think that calling it ""Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building" makes it sound any less frivolous.

Still, what about equal justice under the law.

So then, why didn't you mention the entire charge instead of calling it "parading"? Obviously Congress thought it serious enough to pass such a law.

Congress also called it "Affordable Care Act" when it really wasn't.
