Well this really takes the fun out of it. You haven't found a way to merge because their isn't one. Why the need to play a team from another league? Again, this makes no sense! We have as of now atleast one same player. So now that a wash? Obsurd! Really have to say not happy with this. If whomever was insisting the title game be played against some random team from another league they should found out if it could be done in the beginning of the season. Not find out a day before the title game. We are all swamped but I do dedicate some time to this and now it seems like the title game is a big joke! I sometimes make roster changes right before kickoff. So I want to know who will be watching out for my lineup changes and entering them? Unbelievable.
Just going to speak up here please remember that this is a FREE league and guess what you still win a prize if you are the Super Bowl winner.
I have been with this league since the start and some years we have only had enough team for one league. I am glad to see more people taking interest in it.
I think they have done an awesome trying to allow as many people to play as they can.
If you want a more regulated fantasy game then I would suggest you find a pay league to be in. I have fun with this one if I win well I win if not it was still fun.

I happened to win the SB last year (as I’m sure SC knows ),
Renegade did a great job updating the scoring as it went along which was cool.
I’ve been doing FF since we were calculating it by hand so a little hiccup because of ESPN’s limitations shouldn’t be a problem. If you need up to the minute updates since it’s all ESPN just make a little spreadsheet of their players and keep track on the sheet, not rocket science.
If you are changing your lineup 10 min before game time it has nothing to do with the team you are playing, it’s all about a confidence level in your own team.
Being this a totally free league I don’t think it’s necessary to be hard on the volunteers (Renegade and Sharon) who are providing this enjoyment for us.

I thanked and aknowledged the volunteers several times myself. I ran leagues before and understand what they do. Expressing my frustration does not imply blame on anyone. Ok. Being my first year in this league I had and still have no idea how this title game was going to be played out. It wasn't presented to me with any confidence that anyone knew how it would play out , hence the frustration. Just one more game. It was a fun season. Thank you everyone. Let's let this rest.

I am very sorry that there was confusion and it caused you frustration Dak4, I take full responsibility for that. I couldn't remember how we did the last game last year and unfortunately due to a death in the family, I didn't have time to look it up this week. If anyone has any suggestions for how we can do this differently/better next year, as Renegade said, we'd love any ideas you all have. This is only our second year playing with sufficient people that we could do 2 leagues and I certainly don't want to restrict it to only 10-12 people and one league, and I think it's more fun to have one overall champion rather than one from each league, but maybe that's a way to go?
