Sorry PS, but your interpretation of your "evidence" goes against everything this country holds dear and what it means to be an American. You are welcome to your opinion, but I am grateful that it is not a commonly held one. Hey...this would be a boring country without its fringe eccentrics.

What is your interpretation of the evidence that is contained in all of our founding documents archer? How can the language be any more clear than it is? The powers not delegated to the United States, shall exist in the United States subject to their jurisdiction, shall not be abridged by the United States or by any State, Congress and the several States shall have concurrent powers, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside - the language of the Constitution leaves no room to argue the point that the States are not sovereign, free and independent States. Nowhere do any of these documents say in such clear language that this is a single country, not anywhere. If you disagree with this, I am ready to see the evidence which shows otherwise. Your feelings on the matter are not to be confused with facts that are in evidence.

Yes, we act as a single country in a multitude of ways, but we are not a single country. The federal government is not the sovereign authority. All of its authority is delegated to it by the several States. That is why the approval of the States' house, the Senate, is necessary to approve treaties. When a government is sovereign, it needs no such approval from anyone other than the executives. The Queen, the PM and one other can sign a treaty which takes immediate effect for the State of Great Britain, no approval of the House of Lords or even the House of Commons is needed because the Queen and the Prime Minister of the State of Great Britain have sovereign authority over the citizens of their State - there is no such sovereign authority to be found in our government of delegated powers because the States are the only sovereign entities. They are the ones who must approve any amendments to the Constitution because only they are sovereign. If the general government were sovereign it could amend its own Constitution the way that Colorado can amend its constitution without seeking the approval of any other State or the United States.

How much more plain must the facts in evidence be?

LadyJazzer wrote: Sorry, dearie...(you can start by taking your condescending bullsh*t and shoving it up your ass...)... But the language of the original amendments, taken in a vacuum and alone, means nothing. What is important is how the amendments have been interpreted by the courts in the intervening years. And you haven't "schooled me" in anything except how out of touch with reality you are. I frankly don't give a flying f**k, and you can take your Jeffersonian/18th-century crap and shove that too...

The more you post that Sovereign Citizen/Libertarian culture-of-greed hogwash, the more you prove you are delusional.

But, y'all have fun, now, h'hear?

Give me one ruling, just one, that declares that this is a single country LJ. Cursing and swearing and putting your lack of class on continuous display is, while entertaining to watch from a distance, insufficient to counter the evidence laid out before you. Try evidence instead of profanity, that is if you have even a single piece of it to offer for consideration. Better odds are that you have nothing to offer than the bigotry and bitterness evidenced in nearly every post you make.

Fox news is now reporting this case has been thrown out.

So he will blow off the 12 electoral votes from Georgia to avoid the emabassment or possible treason charges.
But numerous other states are coming up for hearings and trials and will use Georgia’s findings as precedent. It will only take a few more key states to make the difference between a legal sitting POTUS and a usurper. It staggers the imagination to watch a “president” totally disregard the Constitution that he swore to defend.

I would have loved to have been around to see Orly Taitz's head explode after this one.

That would make the assumption that there was a brain inside her head to begin with. Taitz is a example of someone that hates the President so much that they are willing to risk everything to bring him down.
