So much for Printsmith's argument about why it would be manslaughter and how being charged with manslaughter would be a win for Zimmerman. That's 8 pages I'll never get back.
I file Printsmith's arguments in the same circular file that I put all of the rest of his twisted logic over "general government" and the rest of his "sovereign citizen" garbage, and the rest of the "sovereign states" crap.
That this murder would end up in court with an arrest and trial was intuitively obvious to everyone except the usual Kool-Aid drinkers...
As for the "white Hispanic" tag that had been bandied about, I think I found the reason: Zimmerman's father is white and his mother is Hispanic, according to news reports. Doesn't make the tag right, just explains how it might have come about.

That's why we should start referring to Obama as the white black Obama. Truth rules.
we have not come as far as some would hope regarding acceptance of races beyond caucasian. I wonder if we (society we) will ever reach a point where the color of someone's skin, their religion, or sexual orientation will be left off of a description of someone and they are referred to as just another human being?

Ever read Lathe of Heaven? The lead in the book tried to cure racism by making everyone grey. It was a boring world.
Imagine a world with no blondes, brunettes, or redheads?

Do you have a mouse in your pocket? Who's this "we" you speak of? And are you really saying that caucasians are universally accepted these days? You mean us pink honky crackers?
You need to realize that racism is alive and well in the hearts of ignorant people of all races.... black, brown, white, and pink.
Obama is getting the race war he obviously wants imo, otherwise he wouldn't keep injecting himself into every racial (or percieved) racial incident. Mr uniter in chief my ass.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I wasn't aware that blondes, brunettes or redheads were in need of "acceptance as 'just another human being.'"? But I'm sure there is some microscopic bit of relevance there...
