So much for Printsmith's argument about why it would be manslaughter and how being charged with manslaughter would be a win for Zimmerman. That's 8 pages I'll never get back.

I file Printsmith's arguments in the same circular file that I put all of the rest of his twisted logic over "general government" and the rest of his "sovereign citizen" garbage, and the rest of the "sovereign states" crap.

That this murder would end up in court with an arrest and trial was intuitively obvious to everyone except the usual Kool-Aid drinkers...

As for the "white Hispanic" tag that had been bandied about, I think I found the reason: Zimmerman's father is white and his mother is Hispanic, according to news reports. Doesn't make the tag right, just explains how it might have come about.

Back on topic, hopefully the facts all are revealed in the court case and justice is done.

You need to realize that racism is alive and well in the hearts of ignorant people of all races.... black, brown, white, and pink.

I wasn't aware that blondes, brunettes or redheads were in need of "acceptance as 'just another human being.'"? But I'm sure there is some microscopic bit of relevance there...
