Impeachment proceedings against Trump

I wonder if Biden and Trump will work out a deal. Trump stays quiet for the next couple of years and Biden will squash all the partisan investigations into Trump. But can President Trump do that? I feel he will just have to spout off.
Already there is talk he will create a third party, the Patriot Party. And he will get his fans to pony up donations to help keep the Trump family in dough.

The latest impeachment has been delivered to the Senate. Trump is now the first president to be impeached for inciting an erection.....

Eric Swallwell, who literally had sex with a Chinese spy while sitting on the house intelligence committee, delivered the article of impeachment... the irony is thick and the dual justice system is blindingly apparent.

So if impeaching former presidents is now a thing, who would you impeach? President Jefferson for owning slaves? President Jackson for crimes against native Americans? President Wilson for repealing civil rights for African Americans?

NOT a history buff.....integrity,legality and the will of the people....would determine THAT.
By the way, EVERYONE owed slaves during that time period....INCLUDING BLACK LAND OWNERS
when U trace back lineage of the vast majority of populace at that time...SOMEWHERE there is slave
ownership...even blacks owning blacks...(that was a certain surprise for me)....watch PBS 'TRACING
YOUR ROOTS" or Who do U think U R.....very informative.....some stories surprising uplifting,some
sad and sorrowful,ALL had no knowledge because it was NOT passed down.

Fred, did any of those presidents break the law during office? Did any of them incite insurrection against the US government, like Donald did?
