Good question CG..I belive that having the right to your day in Court is one of the pillars of Democracy and if we as Americans don't exercise our rights often, we'll lose them. So whenever I've been wronged, by anybody from Safeway to King Soopers, Starbucks, Seattles Best, Burger King or even a Message board I will seek justice through the court system. One time I got $2000 when a 12pak of Fresca fell on my toe at the Old City Market in Aspen Park. The Fresca was stacked improperly. Another time I got $3200 from Beths Market because she sold me expired milk and I got sick and missed a week of work.CinnamonGirl wrote: Why are you familiar with how it works, VL?

Thats more like it......I never wanted to haul 285bound Inc. into court- Afterall, were all friends here. I'll PM you with the info on who to make the check out to, and my address..

Don't forget your tax ID #, or the tax exempt # for your charity. They will need that for their own tax purposes.
