YESSIR that's the one if it has the fema grant on it. read it, pretty sure it says you can't spend a dime of district money for campaigns if you take a penny of fed money.. ohh well rules and laws are only used if they benefit oneself anymore, i'm sure some more lawyer fees and it will be covered up.

Well, if Elk Creek's legal team is that good, maybe David Roy MacBean should hire them. It took 3 years to get caught embezzling, while by your allegations, Elk Creek Fire is rife with this type of behavior. I don't know why all of these allegations of wrongdoing haven't been reported to the state and news agencies. That would get the administration ousted,as some here so desire. That is, unless those allegations are groundless.
