The Twitter board just dropped their "poison pill" to prevent Musk from buying the company. I have a feeling this is about to get very entertaining. We need a distraction from the intentional destruction of our country anyway.

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

Entertaining it will be. The Biden DOJ is now suggesting that they will investigate Tesla, this announcement was made shortly after Musk made his offer.
I am glad that I do not have any Twitter stock as it is about to go in the toilet when the markets re-open on Monday.

Again I highly recommend this article for anyone who would like a different perspective on Twitter and its reason for existing.

Remember when Elon Musk was a Lefty hero for taking on the oil companies and creating EV cars? Then he let it be known he was an independent thinker and now he is a pariah.

And just on schedule, the commie DOJ is now investigating the businesses of Elon Musk, giving the board a lame excuse to reject Musk's offer. The only way leftist make any progress toward their authoritarian goals is if they can make their own rules and use the government to enforce their ideology. WAKE UP!

Watch, the Feds take down Tesla and the cars become collectors items. The established car companies get their competition knocked out. Their political donations to Republicans and Democrats pay off again.

To add insult to injury:

In the ongoing public battle over Twitter as a speech platform, one actual user of Twitter, Chris Bakke, wanted to see who exactly these Board of Directors are, who are attempting to stop Elon Musk from purchasing

The Board of Directors [SEE BoD LINK HERE] consists of academics, tech executives, business and policy wonks, and a random baroness who doesn’t even use the service. These are the people who are making fiduciary decisions for all Twitter stock owners without any financial stake in the decisions they make for the company."

Elon Musk points out that ‘with Jack departing, the Twitter board collectively owns almost no shares!’

It will be interesting to see how they spin that they are doing their fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders.

Twitter is hovering around 45 dollars this morning. Will Musk fanbois bump up the stock? Or crash it? Wall Street doesn't like these chaos investors.
