285 from BV to C470 between 3:00 to 5:00 this morning was dry except for the downhill out of Conifer. No problems at speed limits +/- 5mph.

Traffic is backed up heading northbound and southbound in the area of Pine Junction - Will O Wisp. Eyewitness reports indicate it may be due to construction stops.

Paving operations near Shaffer's Crossing has had traffic backed up all morning, travelers are reporting it's taking 15-20 minutes extra to get through. Paving is scheduled through Wednesday. Current views: mymountaintown.com/weather-traffic

The Labor Day Weekend traffic backups have begun on Hwy 285. As of 11:30am, it's to the Conifer Towne Center, not quite to Little Britches Boutique in Aspen Park.

Good morning! Travelers are saying that roads are only wet right now, but do be careful as you approach Turkey Creek Canyon heading northbound - those concrete panels they recently replaced on a couple of curves can cause your car to shift sideways just enough to make you slip if the road is wet or icy.
