Let's just get him ARRESTED and into the court system first... THEN, they will have their chance to prove what REALLY happened "beyond a reasonable doubt." If they've got the facts, he's toast...And if they don't, he walks.

That's like saying let's get ladyjazzer arrested and into the court system first. There's something called probable cause.

Seriously, it's impossible to make a judgement without knowing what he told cops during the five hours they questioned him and what the forensic evidence shows.
