Yeah, isn't it interesting that one of the officers that responded didn't bother to mention any injuries to Zimmerman whatsoever in his official report. Must not have been too important. And isn't it interesting that all the usual blame-the-victim Righties have is an ever-changing increasingly unbel... (yes they did... see above police report)

Let's just get him ARRESTED and into the court system first... THEN, they will have their chance to prove what REALLY happened "beyond a reasonable doubt." If they've got the facts, he's toast...And if they don't, he walks.

Speaking of "facts", the carefully constructed right-wing narrative of poor Zimmerman is continuing to fall apart by the hour... It's good to see the FBI on the case now, too... (As well as the two forensic scientists who have definitely discovered that the screams for help on the 911 tape...

I considered the extinuating circumstances..Thats what Judges are supposed to do, and after all this and that its not like he's gonna do it again

The penalty for first degree murder is either death or life in prison without the possibility of parole. You don't get out unless your sentence is commuted by the Governor.

Second degree murder is different.

The Martin case is not a first degree murder case. It's manslaughter, if that.

Oh I hate sentancing guidlines..It should be up to the Judge. Ok 2nd DEGREE MURDER then

30 years, not eligable for paroll for 18- The first 10 years at The Florida State Prison with the remander to be served at a minimun security facility federal prison camp in Pensacola. They teach prisoners how to golf there and golf teaches life lessons that can't really be taught anywheres else.
