That's like saying let's get ladyjazzer arrested and into the court system first. There's something called probable cause.

So? A vigilante chases down an unarmed kid and kills him. I don't gave a sh*t what party he's registered to. I want to see that asinine "stand your ground" law killed.
"...it’s because mouth-breathing racists who literally hate people just because they look differently than them actually still exist in America."
Yeah, isn't it interesting that one of the officers that responded didn't bother to mention any injuries to Zimmerman whatsoever in his official report. Must not have been too important. And isn't it interesting that all the usual blame-the-victim Righties have is an ever-changing increasingly unbel... (yes they did... see above police report)
ee, the well-constructed fabrication of Zimmerman's vigilantism by the extreme-right media seems to be crumbling by the hour... (I would say the left's narritive is falling apart - read this thread)

Speaking of "facts", the carefully constructed right-wing narrative of poor Zimmerman is continuing to fall apart by the hour... It's good to see the FBI on the case now, too... (As well as the two forensic scientists who have definitely discovered that the screams for help on the 911 tape...

Thanks for bumping this to the top for me. I was hoping to attract some attention to this new development. I had something new to post in reserve, but I think I'll save it for later.

JSG wrote: The penalty for first degree murder is either death or life in prison without the possibility of parole. You don't get out unless your sentence is commuted by the Governor.
Second degree murder is different.
The Martin case is not a first degree murder case. It's manslaughter, if that.

30 years, not eligable for paroll for 18- The first 10 years at The Florida State Prison with the remander to be served at a minimun security facility federal prison camp in Pensacola. They teach prisoners how to golf there and golf teaches life lessons that can't really be taught anywheres else.
If the race baiters get their way... it's a hate crime.
